Cancellation Policy

Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Refunds will be processed the same day, please check with your bank as some refunds may take up to two weeks to be cleared by your bank. 

Refund Policy

We hope you love everything you have bought from yallaschoolsupplies.com. Every item is inspected to ensure it leaves us in perfect condition. But if you are not happy for any reason, please rest assured that you can return any item to us in accordance with the below exchange / return policy:

• 1. Goods can be returned or exchanged of the same value within 14 days from the date of purchase. If purchased on our website you are also able to return your items through your customer account.
• 2. We can only accept returns of products in a good condition along with the original packaging and accompanied with the original payment receipt.
• 3. If all these conditions are met, we will issue a full refund or exchange. 
• 4. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned purchases if the product has been used or damaged.
• 5. In a rare case that the item you have received is damaged, defective or not as described on the packaging, you will receive a full refund.
• 6. Refunds can take up to 14 days to arrive back in your account (subject to the bank).
